As a mandrel bending facility, we can only do as best as we can in bending our products.
By hitting the buy it now button, you realize that there might be some slight clamp marking, rippling in the bend area,
and/or some slight flattening of the bend area. Also, that the item may have longer leg lengths than
stated in our description, but they will never be smaller than what is stated.  Because of this, there shall be no return
requested from the buyer based upon such information.  IF you would like to return the product for another part(s), please send it to us
postage paid by you, the buyer and we will gladly send a replacement.

We WILL ship overseas to any Country by Law, BUT we must charge for the extra shipping costs.  We will send you a paypal request for the extra funds to cover the extra shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY
Even though we do NOT accept returns, we can on occasion accept a return on our judgement.  BUT the part(s) must be in re-sellable condition. PLUS, since it cost our business to ship the items to you, even though it shows free shipping... we have indeed incurred mailing charges to get the item to you.  So, if we accept the item(s) back, then it is up to the buyer to send the item(s) back to us, postage paid by buyer.  Then when we receive the item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and if re-sellable we will refund all monies paid MINUS the original shipping costs incurred by us in the original shipping to you.  We do not charge a "restocking fee", just original shipping fees to you, the buyer.
At GBE Mandrel Bending
We strive to make the best product possible with the best description possible for our customers so that they can make a sound decision on purchasing our products.
When we post that our product (mandrel bends) are 16 gauge/.065 wall tubing, that is the average tube wall thickness that we get from the tube mills and distributors.  When one tube mills runs their material, they may call .054" OD- 16 gauge while others will have .070 also called 16 gauge.  There is nothing that we can do about this as all tube mills have their own recipe for sizes and so on.  But be rest assured that unlike pipe, the OD of the material will always be the same.  If we started to bend any other wall thickness such as 14 or 18 gauge, the same issue will arise with wall thickness issues.  So, if you bought a few different sizes of our bends, you may have a couple of different wall thickness's, but they will always be in the "16 gauge" area of thickness that we post on our descriptions.
