The outside corrugated material is 304 Stainless, and the tubes inside are 409 Stainless

As a mandrel bending facility, we can only do as best as we can in bending our products.
By hitting the buy it now button, you realize that there might be some slight clamp marking, rippling in the bend area,
and/or some slight flattening of the bend area. Also, that the item may have longer leg lengths than
stated in our description, but they will never be smaller than what is stated.  Because of this, there shall be no return
requested from the buyer based upon such information.  IF you would like to return the product for another part(s), please send it to us
postage paid by you, the buyer and we will gladly send a replacement.

We WILL ship overseas to any Country by Law, BUT we must charge for the extra shipping costs.  We will send you a paypal request for the extra funds to cover the extra shipping costs.
When we receive those funds, we will ship out immediately.
If you choose not to pay the extra shipping funds, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded, but you MUST let us know within 24 of the original purchase time.
If tax is not collected on your order, the state that you reside requires that the PURCHASER file a sales and use tax return at the end of the year. This sales and use tax return is to report all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay the taxes associated with those purchases. This purchase is not exempt from your states sales or use tax merely because it is made over the Internet.  We do NOT collect or pay the tax for you, that is your responsibility.
Please be aware, we ship these without dings or dents and we ship them with enough packing material to keep from denting.  We have recently been finding that ALL shipping companies don't have the care and respect for our parts as well as yours and have had on occasion of customers receiving damaged goods.  This is out of our control and will do the best to help you in getting your parts replaced if possible.  If you put in a claim to Ebay stating that the parts are dented beyond what you feel is acceptable, then I can only replace the parts when I get them back.  Since the shipping is out of my hands once it leaves our offices, then the shippers will be held accountable.  When you return the parts back to us postage paid by you, then and only then will I be able to either send you another part or give you a refund.  Then I may be able to place a damage report to the shippers so that I can be reimbursed for the part I have to throw away as well as original shipping.
We are not responsible for other companies actions regarding damage to our parts we sell/ship.
Do not put in a claim that they were defective as they worked when they were shipped and will work with slight blemishes to the product.

Even though we do NOT accept returns, we can on occasion accept a return on our judgement.  BUT the part(s) must be in re-sellable condition. PLUS, since it cost our business to ship the items to you, even though it shows free shipping... we have indeed incurred mailing charges to get the item to you.  So, if we accept the item(s) back, then it is up to the buyer to send the item(s) back to us, postage paid by buyer.  Then when we receive the item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and if re-sellable we will refund all monies paid MINUS the original shipping costs incurred by us in the original shipping to you.  We do not charge a "restocking fee", just original shipping fees to you, the buyer.
