    For collectible purposes only:  This is an issued BENEFICIARY CERTIFICATE (in the amount of ,000.00), Supreme Forest, Woodmen Circle.   It is approximatly 11" X 16" in size (when fully opened).  One scan shows the top half and the second scan shows the bottom half.   Issued in Frost, Texas in the year 1915.   Good condition with normal letter folds and some toning.  It is made out to JESSIE P. KING of Myrtle, grove No. 56 located at Frost, Texas. The beneficiary is listed as Jessie's husband, Thomas D. King.  This item has a couple of good looking embossed seals in the lower left corner.
    This document is signed by Jessie P. King (in the lower right corner).
    Also, signed by Callie McCleary (the clerk of the grove).
    The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper.. unattached to the letterhead.
