    99% straight--the shaft has all the natural knots, bumps, & stem features you would expect from a natural DOGWOOD sapling

    stick is fully functional & READY FOR USAGE

    included are a boot leather thong/leather i.d. hang-tag/brass eyelets/metal whistle/rubber foot . . .
    8 jewel rhindstones imbeded in 8 natural shaft knots
    my battlefieldsticks logo [and other maker i.d. marks] is itched in the natural white shaft
    the real PINE BRANCH grip is very pleasing to the palm
    natural Pine handle is securely attached using a threaded steel dowel
    the shaft has a lot of character with numerous knots/bumps/kinks-- was cut by me near historic Manassas, Va.
    stick would support near 250+ lbs. -- measures 38" in length
    includes coat of poly for luster
    although crafted in the year 2002--stick has NEVER BEEN USED
