Antique Brass Fireplace Starter Cauldron Pot with Ceramic Wand

Vintage Solid Brass Small Cauldron Pot with Ceramic Wand.
Some discolouration on one side of the Kettle (see picture)
This could probably be restored with a more throughout cleaning.
It has some slit on each side where the handle is held,  but does
not interfere with keeping the handle in place (see pictures)
Overall in good shape with the original instruction included.
It measures 6" Tall x 5" Across x 6" at the base.
The wand is is 7 1/4 " Long
