Antique Decorative Cast Iron Fireplace Back Plate, very unique with curved side panes.  Made by James Deas in Philadelphia in the 1840s.  I found a business listing for James Deas in the John O'Brien Philadelphia Business listings from 1844 so I am dating this sometime around then.
Measures approximately 41” across at widest point with the side panels attached and 35 1/2" in height.  The center section measures approximately 25 1/4" wide and the side sections about 13" wide
