Antique English Aesthetic Movement Brass 36" Fireplace Fender c. 1900
Absolutely gorgeous antique English Aesthetic Movement solid brass fireplace fender with top rail that scrolls at front secured by ball finials over repousse front and side panels, circa 1900.  Fender was found at a magnificent Boston Beacon Hill estate.  Repousse panels are decorated with geometric shapes and stylized flowers.  Great square columns at corners.  Superb patina and age wear.  Fender is heavy and sturdy.  Excellent quality materials and craftsmanship.  Brilliant antique English Aesthetic Movement brass fender will add style and elegance to any hearth!!!

x 11"H x 10-1/2"D.  Weight is approximately 20 lbs.
Condition:
In excellent antique condition with light normal wear from age and use.  Gorgeous patina and age wear.  Fender is heavy and sturdy.  Wear includes light scuffs and dings.  Appears that the top front rail may have been chromed originally and only a small amount remains, as pictured.  No other issues found.  Please review pictures thoroughly for condition.
