    Description

    Antique Samurai Warrior Match Holder figure depicted in detailed armor holding a long sword.  The crown of the kabuto helmet is hinged at the back and opens to reveal a 5.25 inch deep space for storing the long matches typically used to light fireplaces.  The spelter metal was originally silvered but most of the silver layer has worn away.
    Including the base, the figure is 7.5 inches tall.  The base is 3.125 inches in diameter.  The match holder weighs 1 lb. 7 oz.
    The base is not entirely level and will wobble if pressure is applied to the edge.
