Antique Pair Federal Period Elongated Acorn Finials Brass and Iron Andirons 1830s
An antique pair brass elongated acorn finials iron andirons. Late Federal Period. Dates back to the 1830s era. 3 inch diameter elongated acorn top cast brass top finials. Older re polish with minor tarnishing. Use marks and one tiny crack in the brass on the back side. Forged iron with a peened pin construction. 21 inches tall by 11 inches wide at the feet by 19 inches deep overall. Firebox is 11.75 inches deep. Excellent condition over all for its age.
