Antique Pierced Brass Fireplace Fender with Tool Holders and Tools  47" wide x 9" Tall x 12" Deep
This antique fender has nice curved corners and is raised up with 3 paw feet on the bottom. It features 2 rows of pierced designs. The rows are separated by a half round brass horizontal support with a molded support along the bottom edge. The top of the fender has a rounded over rail.
This fender has a full flat bottom with a back support that angles down and rests on the hearth. There are 2 removable brass tool holders that fit into openings on the inside of each end.
Besides the tool holders, this set includes 3 brass fireplace tools. There is a poker, a shovel, and a pair of tongs. The tools match each other, but we do not know if they were originally with the fender.
The fender is in good condition, with some age related wear.
One of the tool holder's tool retainers is slightly bent down.
