ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE GEORGE WASHINGTON FIGURAL CAST IRON FIREPLACE ANDIRONS one of the andiron stands broke off and will need to be welded back on ..  last picture is what they looked like when taken off of cement brick fireplace mantel they had an extreme amount of patina and rust I took a light wire brush to clean them up and it exposed the age and how long they had been sitting on that mantle and how many times they've been used  in the fireplace because both of them have patina including a couple pinhole rust through spots as pictured and also a general pitting on areas please see pictures no chips cracks other than the stand mount or repairs the molds are crisp and clean and you will be able to get much more detail with a proper cleaning which I will leave up to potential buyer there is no Foundry Mark or Maker's Mark I have not been able to find another pair that attach to the stands in the same way the andiron alone weighs 4.5 lb and stands 14 1/4" tall any questions or want more pictures feel free to message me anytime
