    Antique Rare Cast Iron Owl Fireplace Andiron Amber Glass Eyes
    Antique Cast Iron Owl Andiron. This true period of cast iron "owl andiron" stands approx. 16 inches tall. The width of this antique andiron is 9- and one-half inches wide. There are many reproductions of this owl andiron but not as well casted as this original.  Signed on the back. No dogs included.
    The item is pre-Edgar Brandt. It is copyrighted but I cannot see the maker’s name under the metal bar.

    Usually, this item has a pair. Unfortunately, I have only one. This is a rear find.
    Condition: it seems that it was painted over years ago in white. Could be easily restored to true condition.
