  • Condition: The wood frame is an original antique/vintage item. The backer board is also original but the fabric with the eagle motif is new. This screen is in generally good condition for its age. There is a small chip at the top decorative bar and the edges of both finials are chipped. See photo #7.There is also a slight crack at the upper frame which is hardly noticeable. These imperfections add to the authenticity and charm of the piece. The frame is well constructed and sturdy. Only one side has the Eagle design so a different design may be added to the back, if desired. Last photo displays frame before the new fabric was applied.
