This could be wrinkles in the bend area, deep clamp marks on one end of the tube,
or a bend that has slightly collapsed in the bend area or other unmentioned descriptions.
By purchasing a "BLEM", you acknowledge that this is not a perfect part and therefore you are buying AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied and that requesting a refund or replacement is not acceptable. No Refunds or Exchanges on BLEMS.

Even though we do NOT accept returns, we can on occasion accept a return on our judgement.  BUT the part(s) must be in re-sellable condition. PLUS, since it cost our business to ship the items to you, even though it shows free shipping... we have indeed incurred mailing charges to get the item to you.  So, if we accept the item(s) back, then it is up to the buyer to send the item(s) back to us, postage paid by buyer.  Then when we receive the item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and if re-sellable we will refund all monies paid MINUS the original shipping costs incurred by us in the original shipping to you.  We do not charge a "restocking fee", just original shipping fees to you, the buyer.
