    These are new. There are six complete units and two that are missing the key rings to retain the wire rope wheels pin. See the pics. So you could have 8 complete assembly’s if you added two key rings. There are three trolleys still in that bag if the pics don’t make that clear. The pic of the decal is the one that’s on the bag.
