This item is hand made by the owner and retired caretaker of "Hawks Run Sanctuary".
Their mission has been to provide a safe haven for abused, neglected, and abandoned captive-bred wolves and wolf-dogs. Since the passing of several animals over the years, they have decided not to take in any more wolves or wolf-dogs...Now the time has come to retire.
Hawk’s Run Sanctuary is a privately run facility in the beautiful rolling hills of Saltillo, Tennessee. Five miles from the Tennessee River and twenty miles from Savannah, Tennessee and THE TRAIL OF TEARS. Operating on 47 acres and sanctuary to 2 wolf-dogs, 4 cats, 2 dogs and all the wildlife that roams free on the sanctuary. Hawk’s Run was created to allow these animals to have a safe, secure and loving environment to live out the rest of their lives.
