e excess leather is seamed under the cuff as pictured and there is an extra 1 ½ inches of leather below the cuff for alterations.
Excellent condition from a non-smoking home, non pet home. It is hanging on its original Harley Davidson hanger. All snaps and zippers work properly. No holes or tears.
