  • Condition: THIS FIREPLACE SET IS IN VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION WITH AN OVERALL GREAT LOOK TO THE BRASS WHICH HAS BEEN CLEANED BUT SHOWS SOME OXIDATION TO THE REAL BRASS MATERIAL. THE SCREEN OPENS AND CLOSES WITH DRAW CHAINS IN THE MIDDLE AND ON THE END.

    Description

    This Flexscreen fireplace screen is 38" wide and 31" tall with a depth of 5" plus a 3 1/2" rear stabilizer bracket at the bottom.The brass frame is made like a picture frame and opens up at the bottom for ornate vents and andiron slots and has a steel base that runs the length of the bottom rail.This is a quality piece as well as the andirons which are unusual in design also.The andirons are 19" tall and have 8" widecfeet with a 16" deep log holder that can stick out in the front of the screen or behind it as they are balanced to stand up.There are so.e casting numbers on these andirons and they are cast brass components that unscrew for cleaning,etc.So if you are interested in this unusual top quality set of screen and andirons you can buy them now in this listing and I will send these out to the successful buyer as soon as the payment clears.
