APPLICATION:
Clean the surface and polish it if necessary. You may wipe down the surface with Isopropanol (degreaser). Use the wooden spatula to apply a small amount of wax to the Wax Application Pad. Apply wax in circular motions. A thin layer works best, do not use too much product. Let dry for 30-40 mins and wipe down with a high pile microfibre cloth (best results with Buffing Towel). Avoid water for 24 hours to ensure the natural hardening process. Let surface dry in sunlight for 1-2 hours to allow carnauba crystal to harden up faster.

DOES THE PCW CONTAIN ANY SYNTHETIC SOLVENTS OR HARSH CHEMICALS?
We are very proud to say that the PCW comes without any synthetic solvents and harsh chemicals.
The formulation is based on natural oils that not only care the paint surface, but helps keeping the carnauba wax easy to apply on the surface.
HOW LONG DOES THE PRODUCT LAST ON THE SURFACE?
Depending on maintenance, weather conditions in your area and paint surface, the
maximum duration is up to 10 months of protection. Nevertheless, the beading properties
of the surface can be lowered when the car is dirty or treated with the wrong products.
DO I NEED TO PREP THE CAR BEFORE APPLYING THE WAX?
To guarantee the best surface protection, the paint should be polished and cleaned with
Isopropanol (“IPA”) before applying the wax. It’s crutial to let the wax harden at least 24h.
As we do not use synthetic solvents in the product, the finished layer of wax needs time to cure. This can be fastened up by putting the car into the sun, so the UV rays can harden up the carnauba crystals on the paint.
DOES A SECOND LAYER OF WAX ADD A BETTER PERFORMANCE?
In our tests there is no significant effect on adding a second layer of wax, mainly because
wax on wax is like layering fats on fats, it won’t bond effectively
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRY?
Best would be a curing time of 24h where the car is not exposed to humidity or water.
HOW DO I BUFF OFF THE WAX RESIDUES AFTER THE DRYING PROCESS?
Small spots of residues can easily wiped off with a highpile microfibre towel. These residues can appear when using too much wax, when curing time was not enough or when the humidity changes rapidly
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS WAX AND OTHER CARNAUBA WAXES?
The main difference is that we use a special boron-nitrid compound to harden up the
surface. This nano-sized ingredient is part of diamond-molecule-family and very resistant
to
environmental influences (acids, etc.). Furthermore, the wax is free of solvents and
harsh
chemicals and therefore free of any warning labels.

WHY IS THE WAX NOT YELLOW OR ANY OTHER
COLOUR?
The light colour is created by the natural colour of the carnauba flakes. Due to a cleaning
process to get the best quality and purest flakes, the typical yellow colour of the carnauba
flakes fades to white.
