The fastest and most efficient cutting compound offered by Presta, this buffing system is designed to simplify the buffing process, saving you time and money, while also delivering unparalleled results. This advanced system features water-based products that contain no waxes, fillers or silicones.
Thanks to its fast-cutting nature, this system is best applied to medium and heavy sand scratches, and will effectively remove 1200 grit and finer blemishes from both new and aged paint. The Ultra 2 Step Compound has been designed to work effectively with both wool and foam pads and over a wide range of buffing speeds, to ensure evenness and precision when buffing. Optimal buffing speeds include 1,400-2,200rpm, depending on the type of pad used.
Because of its water-based composition, Presta Ultra 2 Step Cutting Compound offers minimal splatter, and can be easily wiped away with a microfiber cloth when you’ve finished buffing.
This product is meant to be used in conjunction with Presta Ultra 2 Step Finishing Polish.
