RETURNS
Hand Trucks and Casters will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions. If we make an error on your order we will pay the return shipping and refund the full amount of your order plus the cost of your return shipping or replace the item and pay all the associated costs. If you decide that you did not purchase the correct product, made a mistake or no longer want an item we will authorize a refund for the purchase price minus actual shipping costs and up to a 25% restock fee may apply. We will not pay the return shipping. No Refunds on Ramps, Walk Ramps, Dock Plates, Curb Ramps, Slider Ramps or any Special Orders for buyer’s remorse. We will not issue a refund if the item has visible (customer caused) damage or signs of use. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included). Some items are damaged during shipping. This is not common, but it happens. If an item is received in an obviously damaged package or box, please indicate that when signing for the item.
