    Description

    Victorian Era Cast Iron and Brass Parlor Fireplace Fender Bumper Guard . Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. The base is 31"Long. The base sides are 15" Long. The base is an 1-1/2" high. The base and the height of the post make it total 6"high. The width of the base is 4" all around. The pipes are 1/2 inch in diameter. I believe all the uprights are made of brass. The upright pieces seem to have a sort of Celtic pattern to my way of thinking it's kind of nice. Please view the photos under magnification and if you have any questions please ask before making a purchase. This is not a new item it is an antique original fireplace fender probably from the Victorian era around the late 1800s. Could be very nice to restore or leave as-is.
