    Description

    Vintage Ornate Dark Wood Carved Fireplace Bellows with leather tie and North Wind Face and multiple domed nails and decorative brass flue likely made in Italy circa 1800's featuring Lion of St. Mark (symbol Venetian Republic) and Latin Inscription related to the return of his remains to Venice in the 9th century where they were eventually interred in the Basilica of St. Mark.  Measures 23"L x 11"W x 1.5"H.  The Bellows opens a few inches we did not push it beyond that due to age.  Wood Condition is good it's solid.  The reservoir has discoloration and flaking due to age.  Zoom in on pics as part of description.  This will ship fast and FREE signature required.
