Wholesale Lot of 10 pieces.
Mix of blue and green certificates. Issued around 1980. Cancelled.
The usual folds & a couple stray staple holes. Cancellation numbers printed on certificate. Certificate may also have some ink bleed from stampings on reverse and a few numbers written in ink on certificate.
Certificate measures roughly 12 X 8, slightly larger than my scanner.
